Constantly need to pee?! So frustrating

Anyone else? There's no burning, no pain, I just need to go constantly. I had antibiotics for a UTI a couple of months ago but it seems to have come back.
Some days it's better than others but yesterday, I was going every 30 minutes. If I have a fizzy drink it seems to go right through me, I will need the toilet almost instantly.
It's getting me down and having an impact on my life. I have no other symptoms apart from a very slight twinge in my left side sometimes.
I imagine a lot of women suffer with this. What can the GP do? Anybody managed to improve it? I'm so fed up..

I have this and it's greatly improved by taken a cranberry supplement, the difference was amazing, only took a few days. I take it every day now.

Id rule out a UTI - you can buy dipsticks from Amazon (would also indicate any issues like diabetes) or go to GP or Superdrug/Boots (think its about £35) However it does sound like irritable bladder, D Mannose has been a godsend for calming my whole bladder but I used an NHW website to see irritant foods and I cant have fizzy drinks, coffee/tea (even decaff) tomatoes, wine or they set it off. Ive seen a Urologist who checked that I was emptying my bladder properly (dont rush off the toilet , wait and try and empty again) and did prescribe some tablets that I can take on flights but they arent pleasant (everything dries up!) but are good to have if you know you arent going to be able to bob to the loo every half hour

Could you be pregnant? It's been the first sign for me all 3 times.

There are lots of things that might make you feel like you need a pee all the time - could be a more stubborn, niggling UTI, or something in your diet that's irritating your bladder, or even something like a benign cyst or a fibroid that's pressing on your bladder all the time, so definitely go back to the doctor so they can investigate further. It could be something as simple as just needing a second course of antibiotics.
