I’m probably worrying about nothing, but just wanted to check here for your opinions on a health thing.
I’m in my early 30s and have had a couple of growths/pimples on the back of my skull, underneath my hair, for about 9/10 years now (that’s when I first noticed them). They weren’t painful or anything when I first noticed them, but started to become a bit tender over the last 1-2 years. They would sometimes pulsate a bit and throb, and then stop. I went to the doctor last Christmas about them, who said it was likely nothing to worry about, but referred me just in case to the hospital. The hospital had a look a couple of months, and again said it was likely nothing to worry about and it would be tricky to remove them (would cause permanent hair loss on the areas above them and there’s a chance they might grow back after being removed). They suggested I could go for an ultrasound on the pimples, and I’m booked in for next week.
More recently, I’ve also had a strange thing with one of my eyes. The area behind my left eye has started to throb and pulsate a bit, and my eye is much more watery than normal. Also, I’ve noticed a vertical groove in my forehead right near my left eye that might be connected. At first I thought it was a wrinkle but now I’m not sure. I don’t know if the eye stuff is worth mentioning at the hospital when I go for the ultrasound next week?
