No 1 I am neutral about. I don’t think it will solve the problems they think it will. Can’t comment on 2 and 3 as unsure what they look like in practice.

I really don’t want continuing professional development tbh. (4.)

I am also unsure about 5. Looks suspiciously like an attempt to give heads more money!

6 - I know OFSTED have invited some controversy lately. Neutral.

7 and 8 - just sounds like OFSTED!

9 - no. Dear god no.

10 - OK, although that seems to be more of a childcare issue than education. I’ve no problem with it though.

11 and 12 - I don’t think they’ll do any harm but not convinced they’ll do any good. And it’ll cost money 💴

13 - no issue with

14 - fine

15 - fine

16 - I am very cynical about this one but then I am cynical generally about counselling. I really hope this doesn’t go ahead.

17 - I’m not massively convinced a teaching qualification in itself is the be all and end all but I have no problem with this.

18 - I’ve no issue with some form of bribery but two years is a quick turnabout.

19 - OK

i can’t see anything that is going to make a huge difference to the day to day job to be honest.
