Work as LSA for agency in a school. Teacher told me day before strike that they wouldn't be in. Had to search for head to ask if I was needed to work due to this ( other classes & teachers were in on strike days). Eventually told I was not needed for the two days of strike action. Agency not been in touch to tell me anything. Wondering if they'll pay me for the two days I'm not needed. Guessing not and if so will be peed off as paid £20 for childcare that's not needed and losing two days wage.
