Asking for medical advice

Hi everyone, I know I need to call my GP but I highly doubt I'll be given an appt today so wanted to ask on here if I should be concerned.

Since yesterday morning I've had waves of bad stomach cramps, feels like I have trapped wind but I've not passed any gas in that time. I can hear and feel the gas moving trapped and moving in my upper abdomen and it's getting worse. I've tried deflating, senna and pain killers and nothing has given me relief. I'm now starting to worry that I have a blockage somewhere. It just doesn't feel right. Does anyone have any thoughts? I'll try and get a GP appt as I said but if I can't what should I do?

Maybe give mint tea a go. I had that feeling after a csection and this is what the nurses gave me to ease things a bit. Worth a go!

I'm at the point where it feels too uncomfortable to eat or drink anything.

Yes to all of the above. Been moving around and the pain just comes in waves.
GP has said to go to A&E so will do that now.
