When we have finished eating and have some left over food we bring it home.
But we also bring home the little side bowls the food is in for eg the rice bowl.
Does anyone else do this.?
Highly embarrassing but I now have a set of 4 of the brown ones.
Then they went and changed the design so now I have started on those.!
Also one of the tiny grey one's that the chilli jam is served in.
🙈

What?! You take the actual bowls?!
you ask for a take away container and leave the crockery at the restaurant

pbdr · 04/07/2023 08:25

You mean you steal dishes from a restaurant? I'm going to vote YABU.

NutellaEllaElla · 04/07/2023 08:26

Wtf?!

TheFormidableMrsC · 04/07/2023 08:26

You take them back. That's theft. If you want to bring food home, you ask for containers to do so. What an odd thing to do.

bibbityboppityboo · 04/07/2023 08:27

Wait, you just walk out with the food in the bowls?! And no one has stopped you??

The audacity 😂

Valhalla17 · 04/07/2023 08:27

That's theft.

No, nobody else does this OP. It's just you.

Sirzy · 04/07/2023 08:27

When there are leftovers you ask them to box them up for you not steal the plates!

Ilovethewild · 04/07/2023 08:27

Op, you ask for containers and put your food in them to take home.
it’s ok to ‘like’ restaurant crockery but not to take it home, that is theft!

TheSeaDoesntKnowMyName · 04/07/2023 08:28

Really? You stole bowls from a restaurant. What response are you expecting here? Have the holidays started already?

PeachesOnTheBeaches · 04/07/2023 08:29

What is wrong with you?

BoohooWoohoo · 04/07/2023 08:29

Taking the food home is normal but taking the plates is not.

Diddykong · 04/07/2023 08:29

I'm imagining you clinking out with bowls full of rice trying to keep them upright. This is very odd behaviour.

Whinge · 04/07/2023 08:30

You're clearly not embarrassed by your actions, as you're setting out with the intention of stealing them so you can get a matching set. Hmm

StrawberryWater · 04/07/2023 08:32

My sister does that every time she goes to Weatherspoons (she likes their blue plates). It’s grim.

Why aren’t you asking for them to box up leftovers? You don’t steal the crockery!

Wildlyboring · 04/07/2023 08:33

OP, Nandos do a take away service so they will be more than happy to box your leftovers up. I'm a fan of their crockery but none of it has found its way into my handbag 😳

Cakesandbabes · 04/07/2023 08:35

Of course you do and just casually admit it. 🙄

EsmeShelby · 04/07/2023 08:38

No that's theft.

DemonicCaveMaggot · 04/07/2023 08:38

One time I held a yard sale to raise money for the Red Cross. A woman came along and stole a table cloth that I had priced at $3. I mentioned it to a friend and she said 'That woman made herself into a thief for $3'.

You have made yourself into a thief for Nando's side bowls. I know everyone has a price but yours seems a bit low.

If you like the bowls so much did it not occur to you to ask where they got them from and buying a set?

drpet49 · 04/07/2023 08:39

Skanky. Stealing side plates from Nandos.

WonderfulUsername · 04/07/2023 08:41

Slow morning OP? 🙄

JMSA · 04/07/2023 08:42

Embarrassing.

Againstmachine · 04/07/2023 08:42

Stop stealing, also stop ordering more than you can eat.

Lacucuracha · 04/07/2023 08:43

How desperate do you have to be to steal bowls from Nando’s. Pathetic.

User9753224 · 04/07/2023 08:44

When you think you’ve read it all…😵‍💫

WoofWoofBeachLife · 04/07/2023 08:45

There's no way you actually do this, unless you visit every Nandos once up and down the country. Just buy the bowls
