Does being on bail affect job/apprenticeship applications?

Under 18 on police bail for theft. They have admitted the crime and it's on cctv. I feel like it should affect getting a job or apprenticeship but I've been surprised before about things I think are obvious hence asking here.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this situation please?

Do they have any other convictions or cautions?

What sector are they hoping to go into? It will be much harder now if dealing with vulnerable people.

Depending on the nature of the punishment they could find themselves needing to explain why they need every Monday off to do community service, for instance.
