Does electrolysis work?

I have some dark chin hairs which are getting out of control. I've tried IPL but it doesn't seem to be very effective and having to shave before I IPL has made it more stubbly and it feels worse. Would electrolysis work better?

Yes it is brilliant. But it does leave red spots which last a week or so, so only do it when you have some down time! I always asked them to use the gold tip and use the minimum current necessary to work. You can find accredited practitioners on BIAE website.
