Small purple thing on wrist

Any idea what it is as I’m getting paranoid when Googling 🙈
Its not a bite, more like a small purple bruise which I never have

@SpringOn But how do you get a tiny bruise like that on your wrist? My bruises don’t look that colour normally 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a 2 week rule for odd, slightly concerning, obviously non-emergency health issues...
Do not worry about it for 2 weeks. If it's not gone by the end of the fortnight then I can start to obsess and catastrophise 🤣

Bang it, pinch it in a dog lead, small person grabs it, bang it on something. It’s easy to get a bruise there, the skin is delicate and blood vessels near the surface.

Paranoid about what? What else could it possibly be other than a small bruise?

It's just a pinch bruise. I have bruises on me everywhere that I can't say where they came from.

Do you have anxiety? It's a bruise, could've been caused by anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

My first thought would be 'oh I've got a little bruise, wonder how that happened' then forget about it.

It's a bruise. I'm always getting them from god knows where (probably kids jumping all over me)

It’s just very purple, not the usual browny colour (or at least what I have) I don’t generally have health anxiety but had long covid for almost two years so am a bit paranoid about blood clots etc

I’m pretty sure this is a bruise from
banging your wrist on a door handle - purple because it’s new
