for background I live in a large new-build housing estate children nearby play on the road as houses are literally on the path with almost no front gardens.
however recently these children have been less bothered about moving for cars. Previously they’d all run to either sides of the path.
i’m not sure exactly where they live but would it be unreasonable to try put a note in the house they predominantly play in front of
they’ll sit on the curb and stick legs out on the road or stand in the road and try and direct traffic or maybe just move a few steps rather than get out of the way.
if they do move now it’s very slowly.
