I know I've posted about this before but I'm still no further. I've only just been referred to gynae that should of been done 2 weeks ago by the consultant sonographer but she had sent it back to the GP who only received a week later.
I've rang to check waiting times and they are saying 3 months.
I urgently need this cyst removed. I'm now bed bound, the pain is getting worse and happened nearly every day last week. I've been taking pregabalin from a friend because I can't take the pain any longer and the doctor won't give prescribe it and only gave me mefanamic acid even after telling him it's literally like a constant contraction. I've looked at going private but it's £6,700 which I just haven't got. I've been to a&e 3 times and waited near 6 hours and hadn't even been triaged.
I'm at a lost of what to do. I keep thinking if I was rich I could have this removed in a matter of weeks. But 3 months just for the first appointment with a gynae on NHS. Is there anything else I can do? Anyone who works for gynae? I'm so desperate at this point.
