ok I know I'm not being unreasonable - but I'm sure DH probably will.

Just spent 8hrs on the coach with all 3 DS's, was outing drinking until ????? time last night too (ok so my tiredness from that is my own fault but still relevant I feel ). Since I got back at about 7pm I've cooked the pizzas that DH bought for us to have for dinner. Made up 3 bottles (one of which has now been drunk) using the clean ones that were left here. Emptied the 2 suitcases and put everything away. Made the DS's beds, re-made our bed (with our daft 2 duvets thing), sorted out the DS's clothes for the morning and started emptying a few of the other bags we took with us.

I really can't be ar*ed doing anymore tonight.....

Are you a grown up person living in your own house FAQ? Yes? Well then tell him to shut the fuck up if he even raises an eyebrow.

YANBU. Self-inflicted or not, you're entitled to a night off every now and then. If the dishes etc really bother your DH, let him do them. Am actually very impressed with what you have done.

aGalChangedHerName · 23/02/2008 21:33

Hmm seriously what has DH done tonight?

You have done enough, more than i would have,i probably would have eaten then gone to bed and stuff everything else xx

FAQ · 23/02/2008 21:38

what has he done = well he's actually played with the DS's - actually down on the floor with them (he's usually good about spending time with them but doesn't really get down and "play".....more like supervises them entertaining each other), fed DS3, and got them all ready for, and into bed..

So not a lot really LOL.

Actually I don't think it was self inflicted - I blame it on Mawbroon - Nailpolish and AGal both had nice small glasses of wine when we arrived - Maw went and bought me a glass of wine and it was HUGE. And it kept getting re-filled (not by me ), then from what I can (vaguely) remember the glasses in the 2nd pub were huge too.......and I didn't fill them up either LOL - so not my fault
