I tried to collect a parcel for someone else today- had their driving licence as ID, plus my own showing the same address. The man in the newsagent which is the access point refused to give it to me, saying that UPS now also require a letter of release.
There is no mention of this on the UPS website or on the slip that came through the door.
Anyone else experienced this nonsense?
