Lead passenger on holiday

If a lead passenger can no longer fly can the rest of the party still go in holiday.
They are all checked in already
It's a TUI package

Surely you need to ring the airline? Why are you wasting time on here?

Of course you can still go but you need to phone the airline so they can update the booking.
