Different urges through your cycle

Do you get this, like during different weeks of your menstrual cycle, you kind of zoom in on different things - the nesting week, cosy, cooking, loving being at home, decluttering etc.

Then the week where you need to sort your life out, nothing fits, make up needs full review, haircut feels crap etc, you impulse buy and regret.

Some weeks you are interested in exercising and culture, and others CBA to do anything…

Yes! I'd recommend period power by Maisie Hill. She talks about this in really fun detail and how to lean into each phase.

The main things I notice are positivity and productivity at the start of a new cycle. Major horniness around ovulation. Eating like a pig following ovulation and into the later stages of my cycle. Hugely irritable and emotional in the days leading up to my period. I'm like clockwork.

Think all women get this to some degree. All about those hormones init

Yes.

Leading up to my period, a good week before I feel ugly, moody, hungry and I'm super lazy.

Around ovulation I feel I look more attractive, I'm more organised and more cheery.
I'd love to be at constant ovulation phase.
It's basically the only week I feel good.
