Really worried about high prolactin levels

I’ve gained about 10kg in the last 18 months taking me to about 90kg at 5’2. Admittedly diets not always been the best but not terrible either, and gym atleast once a week. Period cycle is about 36 days, GP did bloods to query PCOS.

First bloods came back with prolactin levels of 524 on 7 June , and a repeat today came back as 893 from 21 June. My last period was 1 June.

This is really worrying me because I don’t have any prolactinoma symptoms, or take any meds. I’ve not had actual sexual intercourse ever (in my early 20s) so can’t be pregnancy surely.

Has anyone else had this?
and what were your prolactin levels in early pregnancy if you were pregnant?

Also, my serum prolactin is the one that’s elevated. My monomeric prolactin was only 15 more than normal; and for the repeat test he didn’t say so i imagine it’s normal.

what’s the difference between serum prolactin and monomeric prolactin?

You're best asking your doctor these questions. There are multiple causes of elevated prolactin, but pregnancy in someone who has never had sex is not likely to be it.
