Ok really hoping someone can help!
ive got a sore throat but it’s not my throat itself, it’s right up at the very top of my throat where the back of my nose is. It feels like there’s something stuck up there and I keep trying to clear my throat and clear it out but it’s not working
I’ve had a lot nose problems recently (congestion and bleeding) it’s caused by hayfever but I don’t actually think this is related to that because it feels totally different. I feel like I’ve got a dog hair up my throat (I have a very long haired dog who sheds lots lol, i was grooming her and I think I’ve accidentally inhaled an airborne hair and it’s stuck up there! It’s causing a lot of irritation and I can’t get it out, whether it’s a hair or not
I tried gargling but it hasn’t helped and neither has sterimar spray
can anyone please offer any advice for relief or what could help?? I’m really miserable with this!!!
