Toilet roll

Please settle a debate;

when using toilet roll do you

  1. take of one single square and use that to wipe, or
  2. take a few squares and scrunch/fold them, then wipe.

YABU - 1 single sheet is enough
YANBU - 2 or more is usually required

Who wipes with only one sheet? That’s a sure way to get covered in poo!!

That’s what I thought. Even if it’s “just” a wee. Surely it would soak through one sheet and get on your hands.

and what's the problem about that? surely you are washing your hands after? Confused

covid and the toilet roll shortage has taught us to use less paper though.
2 sheets, folded per wipe. one wipe for a number one, as many as needed for number two.

Was thinking the same too.

Maybe one sheet is enough if you buy the really expensive luxurious toilet paper, I use ALDIs one so I do option 2.
