I sold an electrical item on Vinted for £5 if only used it twice and it was in full working order.
Buyer has received it, and not reported any issue with the 3 days so the sale has been completed.
She's now messages saying that it's faulty and didn't complete the dale herself due to being away so Vinted has automatically completed it after the 3 days and can no longer refund. She's asked if I can refund via bank transfer or PayPal.
I want to do the right thing but when it left me it was working perfectly fine, so I'm a bit reluctant to refund.
What would you do honestly?

I would ask her to return it to you at her own cost and you can see if it's faulty for yourself and only then consider refunding her. I certainly would not refund her just because she has demanded it.

Tell her to post it back and you’ll refund when you receive it

I agree - get her to post it back.

Yes, definitely don’t take their word for it.

She's trying it on. Tell her to send it back so you can see for yourself.
