Sat watching Dawson’s creek

Unexpected morning off, flicking through the channels, Dawson’s creek is on.
Seems like yesterday I used to watch this…it’s v cheesy 😅
Hated Dawson, fancied Pacey, wanted to look like Joey.
Beverley hills 90210 was the ultimate though, I was v young when that was on.
I just wanted to live in America and go to American high school, anyone else?
Feels weird to be sat here as a probably middle aged..eurgh, mum with a mortgage, job I don’t want to go to..and all the rest.
Oh to be that age again!

I was only thinking about Dawsons Creek the other day and wondering if it was still on anywhere, now i have kids the age i would have been when i watched it. Might search it up for some nostalgia, thanks OP!

I watched it recently and realised I was waaaay older that Dawson’s Mum. So turned it off and just felt old.

I used to love Dawson's Creek! I had a brief period of unemployment when I was about 24 and I just sat and binged it! I always think that for 16 year olds they seem so mature! I wish I had been that mature at that age...I was a complete idiot at that age. Jen was my favourite and I always felt defensive when people implied she was some kind of man-eater!

I watched again fairly recently. Fully agree with your Dawson/Pacey analysis. Pacey was gorgeous 🥰
