Help posting for early morning traffic

I have been so busy that I forgot completely to pick up a gift for my dad tomorrow... quick spin to the off sales in the morning or any better ideas. Hes not been a great dad but has been absolutely the best grandad in the world

And I gave me a yabu vote cause I've not been good enough

All my dad ever asks for is one of those big Toblerones. He isnt supposed to have chocolate.

I'm awake for similar reasons. Feel I should be seeing my dad today and taking him out somewhere. I'm not. I have my husband to sort out as well. I'm feeling like a disappointment to be honest.

How old are the grandchildren? Because a frame and stick some of there art in it is best

Chocolate and gin? I'm planning to pick some up later and take it over.

Any events coming up close to his home he would love to go to that you can buy tickets for? You could do that now

why don't you help the kids make a fuss of DH this morning, then do Afternoon Tea with your Dad & let DH choose to come or stay home while you do that?

@Privacylover Depends on your Dad, mine would have been happy with a card & a visit when I lived close enough. A card when I didn't & a phone call. When I lived near him presents varied. I loved it when he got a new hobby!!
