Nose bleed

Posting for traffic

Currently lying in bed was dozing 10 mins ago and out of nowhere I started a nose bleed.

Weird?

Any ideas what could cause this? I’ve got no cold or hay fever.

Are you in the UK? It's likely the humid temperatures we've been having. My four year old has had three nose bleeds this week.
