To be furious that a woman licked my husband...

At DC's club today and husband drive past on his way home from work so popped in. I went to get some drinks and as I was standing at the counter a woman approached h and licked his head and said hello to him. From the conversation they had I can gather they used to work together but haven't seen each other for a while. I'm absolutely raging with h. He saw me looking over with horror but said nothing to her just had a flirty conversation and totally ignored me when I came over with the drinks. I am livid with him. He says it isn't his fault she licked him....

I think the only thing for it, is for you to also lick his face, and see if there is any difference in his reaction.

If there is no difference in reaction, you will need a control test. Get Derek, from next door but one, to also lick his face and if he sti has no reaction, he just has a really high tongue tolerance level.

I'm going nowhere near him!! Volunteers accepted .... Only catch is once you've licked him you have to take him away with you....

I initially wondered if this was some weird attempt at MN humour and if you were taking the POV of a dog.

I've never seen humans lick each other in public before...

All I can conclude is this woman is a weirdo. I wouldn't be threatened by her, but I wouldn't want to spend time with her.

I don't understand why you didn't ask what the fuck she thought she was doing? I think in the same situation it would have been a knee jerk response for me.

Annoyingly my go to response in situations is to freeze and shut down. It's only after that I process it. Also was super busy and I didn't want to cause a scene....

Clearly both their boundaries are compromised from some sort of intimacy happening prior for this to be acceptable (to them!) In front of you. It's all sorts of fucked up op. Possibly the licking thing is banter but with opposite sexes it has sexual connotations and at the very barest minimal it is massively disrespectful.
