Does anybody actually receive an email receipt? Every item I've sent with them I have never had a receipt, even though I've scanned the qr code and put my email address in with parcel number. I emailed them 3 times, they said they'd resend and guess what I still didn't receive it! That particular parcel went missing and luckily I didn't need a receipt to mark as lost, but supposing I did? And never received a receipt then what lol. Customer service was about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

I always get a receipt. Have you double checked your junk folder?

I get a message saying it’s sent in the Vinted messsge thread. Usually pretty soon after I’ve dropped it with Evri.

No never.

Like you I’ve been told it’s resent and never arrived. And I check my spam folders all the time. And it’s always taken ages for the item to be delivered so I stopped using it.

I have but also take a picture of the QR code on the screen and the confirmation!

Yes, every time!

As a buyer on Vinted, I will never buy if Inpost is the option for delivery. The three times that I have, the parcel never arrived.

Inpost has always worked fine for me and I get the emails. Never heard of it before I used Vintage but quite impressed now.

Always. Never had a problem with inpost. This sounds like it’s being filtered into Junk.

Every bloody time it emails my twice for each shipment I drop off.

Mine seems to sit in the locker for days on end before being collected. Along with never receiving an email, I removed it as an option for my sales.

They're not in my junk emails, most people choose Evri or Yodel, I think I will switch off Inpost option tbh.

I get notifications every time. Also not had any issues with InPost from buying or selling. Not sure if I’m lucky or not though as I don’t have anyone to compare with.

I've always got an email. I fact I dropped a parcel off 10 minutes ago and I've got 2! (Same one just comes through twice)

I've used Evri, Yodel and InPost and I like InPost the best personally. Evri have lost loads of things.

Personally I prefer lockers as it's quicker and there are InPost lockers in the supermarket on my estate and at the supermarket near mg son's nursery.
Whereas Evri seem to be all in store collections in tiny little shops on the other side of town with no parking (I appreciate that's just my town!)

Yodel are good but again it's always in store here.

If a buyer doesn't have InPost most of the time I don't buy, only if it's something I really really can't live without.

I've turned InPost off as an option on Vinted because the lockers at several places near me were not working/full every time I tried to use them. I tweeted InPost to let them know but got no reply.

Yes every time and I get a confirmation text before I’ve even walked away from the locker.
I do seem to live in that mythical place where there are always loads of empty lockers nearby!

I (touch wood) always get the email and haven't had anything go astray yet.

Have had a couple of times where I've had to move on to other lockers though, and today I went to three and still couldn't manage to get four parcels sent between the lot, could only do two.

Could do with some more lockers around here for sure! Not sure if that is due to delivery schedules or just more people using it these days and they've not caught up with demand.

(It also irritates me that I can't get real-time availability too - would be far easier if I could look and see that there were none, five or ten lockers free, and bother to go or not at that time.😂)

Two parcels to send today, and when I downloaded the labels both are Yodel, so I won't have to do the 'find an empty locker' dance - yay! 😂
