Does anybody actually receive an email receipt? Every item I've sent with them I have never had a receipt, even though I've scanned the qr code and put my email address in with parcel number. I emailed them 3 times, they said they'd resend and guess what I still didn't receive it! That particular parcel went missing and luckily I didn't need a receipt to mark as lost, but supposing I did? And never received a receipt then what lol. Customer service was about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
