Help!
So Saturday night I was up til 5:30am working on a report. I slept from 6am til 10am. Then last night I was up til 6am and slept 6am til 7:00am.
So a total of about 5 hours sleep since Saturday morning!
I should be knackered and DH has gone to bed. But I feel so wide awake!!!
I'm almost too scared to go to sleep now as I feel quite good and not looking forward to waking up tired and grumpy in the morning!
Have I gone beyond the point of sleep!? Anyone ever experienced this!?
I think all the red bulls and coffee of the last few days are finally catching up with me!
How can I make myself go to bed!!? I've had 3 glasses of wine (1 normally knocks me out!) But it's doing absolutely nothing! I'm still buzzing 🤣🤣
