DD 4 rash (pic)

I was just giving my daughter a bath. She's 4.

I noticed a rash on her back which doesn't disappear with glass.

She is fine in herself.

Is this something to be worried about?

Yes it is. You should contact NHS 24 who will probably send you to A&E. If she is otherwise fine in herself it's probably nothing serious but you should let a heslthcare professional look. My daughter had a similar purple pinprick rash that didn't disappear on her legs as a baby and it turned out to be caused by some sort of virus! We were rushed through A&E and seen really quickly though.
