That Spam advert were the man has Spam, egg and chips for tea has just given me a real craving for it. Maybe with some beans as well?

I have a genuine horror of Spam. Even thinking about it makes me anxious. It's so...pink. I can remember gagging on it as a child, all brackish and mushy 🤢🤢🤮😭

Thickly sliced, dipped in batter and deep fried until golden with chips and beans.
Delicious.

Cold spam 🤢 but I love it fried in the frying pan then pour equal parts of soy sauce, mirin and sugar mixed together over the top and cook until it thickens. It's bloody lovely
