Posting for traffic. DS has signed up to share a house with the same friends he shared with last year but there has been a fallout which may not get resolved and he wants to move to another house. What are his options ? Is it just a matter of replacing himself in his current house and getting the LL to agree this ? Obviously we are bound to the current agreement but this must happen frequently and I just need to understand what he can do if the issue can't be resolved so that I can advise him.The fixed term starts in one month.
