9 year old children’s party

Apologies I’m posting here for traffic but I do need some birthday ideas.

My DD will turn 9 shortly. I’d like to throw an amazing birthday surprise that involves invites for the whole school year group so about 40-45 although I expect about 25-30 will come.

I’ve always hired a hall and a good entertainer but that is a bit young for 9 year olds. I’d like to do something that really amazes Dd and her friends.

We’re in Surrey and so near London. Any ideas? I’d be grateful.

Budget?
Your local stables might be able to do horse riding in groups with lead reins?

Fly them all to Disney? That will really amaze them.

At that age, parties get smaller and more personal, not big whole class parties. For dd's 9th birthday, we did a 'spa day' at home with about 5 friends: pizza and cake, they each got nail varnish and hand cream and face masks in a little bag, then they painted each others nails, laid around on the floor with their masks on for 10 minutes, did some dancing and I put on a film. For her 10th, we went to a climbing centre and did an hour of clip n climb and then had pizza and cake in the cafe.

🤣

Unless you're rolling in it, anything 'amazing' is going to be really expensive. Climbing was £18 per child, not including any food. So for 10 of them, was about £250.

Also, the best parties that dd has been to this year were a disco/sleepover at a friend's house and then another who hired a small swimming pool just for them so they did an hour of swimming and then went to Wetherspoon's for dinner!
