To accept every 6th form offer?

I've absolutely no idea how my DS is going to do in his GCSE but if he doesn't get sufficiently high grades he won't be able to stay on at 6th form in his present school. We've applied to four other schools with lower 6th form entry grades all with different grade average requirements. He's been offered a place at three of these. AIBU to accept all of them given that we've no idea how he's going to do? I imagine that when results day comes in there's lots of chopping and changing - is that right?

That's fine to accept them all, most usually do. You can then make a decision when you have the results.

Everyone I know who applied to multiple sixth forms accepted them all and then made decisions after/on results day. I think that's normal.

My DD has accepted two offers currently and will attend the taster days for both. She can then make a decision based on the grades she receives (August seems so far away to find out!)
I would question your wording though when you mentioned ‘should I accept these’ - your DS is 16 (or very nearly!) and needs to be involved in his own decisions about his future. What does he want to do?
