To not know if this is offensive?

Set of football stickers, aimed at girls.
Sticker reads "I KNOW I PLAY LIKE A GIRL. KEEP UP!"
I can't work out if it's nice as it's saying you need to keep up with girls as they're great at football, or if the saying "I play like a girl" is suggesting girls are usually rubbish at sport.

Was about to buy them for DD, but I can't get my head around them!
