My 8 year loves to be outside playing but freaks out at anything that flies near her, like a bee, wasp, hover fly, etc.
She used to jump at them a little but this year its worse, her breathing increases, she clings to whoever nearest 🙈
Has anyone got any advice on how we can work on this 🙈 it's not nice seeing her get so afraid, but both me and her dad have tried explaining that the noise is just their wings, they can't hurt her and bees won't sting unless threatened & they're only looking for food 🙈 our 3 year old also says about bees looking for food.
Any tips welcome!
