Make sure your beds safe pop him next to you he may sleep better being close to you and you get rest.. I ended up doing this for 1st 5 months of my baby but he's now fine and will sleep In a cot.

I ended up doing this at 1am and he's just woke now for a feed I'm so scared about creating something I can't get out of and sleeping. Everything you read is you need to be carful how your putting them back to sleep ect or you will create bad habits im a ftm just trying to get by lol

Rule book out of window honestly don't matter what "professionals say" this is my forth and iv always done whatever gets us by they won't be in your bed forever and they only young once. Sleep is what matters. Arh glad you've managed to get some rest. X

Night 3, aha – I’m on night 10,000. If he sleeps next to you and just needs cuddles and dummy reinserts, put him next to you and you’ll barely face to wake up. Mine doesn’t even sleep next to me Hmm

Waking them at the same time each day helps with naps, as does a nap routine: nappy, sleeping bag, song/story, sleep (however he sleeps) – in pitch black room with white noise. They get FOMO at this age and need to be taught it’s time to sleep, rarely will they just nod off.
