AIBU to play Lego Star wars on the playstation while dds two friends are here?
Or will they report back to their parents that I am a degenerate, neglectful Mummy?

Am feeling in need of some light relief.

I think in the circs it's Lego Star Wars, or a family sized bar of Dairy Milk, or wine o'clock...go for it BadKitten, I think you deserve some relaxation

lol at wine o'clock - oh so tempting.
Can imagine when parents turns up...
/supresses hiccup
'helllllloooo heresh yr child
/grins inanely and casually props self up against wall.

ok. will chuck fishfingers at children in a few minutes (oh dear have accidentally made too many, what a shame I'll have to have a fishfinger sandwich) then have my self some gold fashioned light sabre fun.

That is the idfference betwen dds and dss. My chances of getting onto it whilt the dss have their friends round are minimal.

They are playing pokemon with dds stuffed toys. Its an odd crossover between virtual and real world.

Lego Star Wars can be extremely therapeutic. Or so I've heard. Ahem.....

YouKnowNothingOfTheCrunch · 21/02/2008 12:02

Do it! When ds had a couple of friends over a few weeks ago they got stuck on the Simpsons game. I was called in to bale them out nails on chest

Never had so much heartfelt admiration from 3 ten year old boys

YouKnowNothingOfTheCrunch · 21/02/2008 12:04

Am an idiot, I meanjt {{buffs nails on chest}}, but turned it into a link. Not so good with the old PC

stealthsquiggle · 21/02/2008 12:09

YouKnowNothing - you do realise how much DS's friends' mothers now hate you, don't you?!

[sulks as DH and DS don't let her anywhere near Lego Star Wars]

OhYouBadBadKitten · 21/02/2008 12:12

lol at your link Youknow.
So cool to have admiration from 10 yr old boys

Oh yes! Am loathed and loved by all for my prowess

Oh dear (but Lego Starwars is brilliant)

LadyMuck · 21/02/2008 13:11

Problem is when your games is a higher %age complete than the dcs. Bit telling that.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 21/02/2008 14:47

I just had all 3 girls cheering me cos I kept getting killed by that cheese grater thing (as dd calls it) I had to stop as I was getting a bit irate - oops!

Can't wait for Lego Indiana Jones!
