i had a colonoscopy after blood in stools and was told I had three internal haemmroids.
the Dr prescribed me Fybrogel and I obv have over hauled my diet and am taking more fibre. I used to go to the toilet every two or three days. I am not going once sometimes twice a day and my poos are huge (sorry) is this normal with frybrogel. This isn't normal for me so I am not sure if this will be my new normal now
