It's an ad for a Chinese site that 'sells everything'. I won't name it as then I'll probably get even more ads for it! But basically the site sells everything from tents to egg cups so I don't think he's been searching anything dodgy. I've had the same picture ad several times as I've been on the site in question and I've definitely not been looking for anything weird.
