Getting worried now. Anyone know anything about ears?

Went to Beyonce last Wednesday. Seated near the speakers.

My ears are still ringing. I can block it out where there is noise/TV on etc, but the moment it's quieter this intense ringing happens. I have it at work, at bed etc.

I've googled it and it says any temporary ear ringing after concerts should go after 48 hours. It's been nearly a week of near constant ringing.

I am reading horror stories of people who have this permantely. It's making me feel sick.

Any advice? GPs can't do anything can they?

It's tinnitus, I was born with it so it's slightly different for me but I know some people can have it for a few weeks / months and then it can go. It may not but it probably will. GP can't do anything unfortunately. You may have pressure in your ears though, if you put a hot tissue inside a cup and put the cup on your ear it creates suction which might help.

Tinnitus.

It will drive you mental if you think about it so, as annoying as this advice is, try not to think about it. Someone once described it to me like this - imagine you are pottering in the house and your kids are playing in the garden. You can hear them but you're not listening to them.
