How do I contact Shein?

I know I am being unreasonable. My niece asked for some things for her birthday, which I ordered for her. The parcel has gone missing.
Evri say I need to contact Shein but I literally cannot find a way to do this! The parcel has been missing for two weeks now and on Shein, it still says awaiting collections from the parcel shop (which was closed for refurbishment at the time of “delivery”. Evri accept it’s missing but can’t do anything about it.

Any ideas (other than not to use Shein again?)

If you go into your orders there is a button where you can let them know that you did not receive your parcel

I’ve used this website before for complaints but probably best to contact direct first

There is no did not receive option as it’s saying it’s been delivered 😫

Had a look around on trust pilot theior replys say"

Thank you. Just tried that and it doesn’t work. Just takes me back to the options I’ve already been through on the robot chat 😫

They have a live chat. Just google ‘Shein contact us’ and it’s the second result.

I just get the bot chat. So frustrating!

Did you manage to resolve this? Having exactly the same issue!

Whenever I'm talking to a chatbot I keep typing 'agent' or 'speak to agent' onstead of answerinb their questions and eventually it connects you to someone. Worth a try as it always works for me

Support, delivery and then contact customer services. This is my chat log which enabled me to get a refund

I've got a problem with Shein atm.

Still not resolved so left it with the bank. Evri have at least accepted and confirmed that they lost the parcel so hopefully the bank will sort it. It’s so frustrating!

I’ve managed to contact them about an order before now. I went on to the app and customer services and contacted them through there

I got there in the end by going via the despatch email. Weirdly,
going to customer services via that route got me connected to an agent straight away. Anyway, they are still completely useless and told me to come back in 2 days if it is still missing 🙄

There is no did not recieve as It says its been delivered but I haven't revieved it
