Spoke to three people today about their threatening collection agency demand letters (one of the for £0.00 !!!) when payment is made Immediately.
Account number not recognised and having to give all details to 3 separate people.
Apparently the letters are routine for people who pay on demand instead of by DD.
AIBU to assume this is to try to bludgeon people onto direct debits?
AIBU to change supplier or are they all as useless as OVO?
