To not expect my neighbours to bang on the bloody walls!!

or i'll correct that, to wait until 8.45pm to START banging on the walls, and coupled with chucking the crap from their roof onto my conservatory roof. (were doing it until I poked my nose out and looked up) FFS get a bag and put it in your own bin, not stand there and laugh at it on my roof. but the banging - why seriously they seem to start at 8.30ish - today I saw them in at 4 - why would you wait till this late to start banging?

I don't mind early in the morning, don't mind till 8pm but surely starting at 8.30 is far too late? am I being unreasonable?

banging as in doing work, telling you to keep it down, or having sex? {{hugs}} x

KaySamuels · 20/02/2008 21:29

Why are they banging??

They sound horrid throwing stuff onto your conservatory roof!

I bang on the wall when my neighbours teenage son (who shares a verythin wall with my 3yr old ds) has his music on full blast at 10pm on a school night. To be fair though I am sick of going round and asking politely and my next sep which I am very close to is formally complaining. DS is currently sleeping on sofa next to me as couldn't settle in bed.

DT'sMistress you sound lovely - shall we swap and I will be your neighbour? Then our horrid neighbours can put up with each other.

davidtennantsmistress · 20/02/2008 21:33

doing work - I honestly don't mind the banging during the day (and I know he prob works etc but surely quiter stuff during the week and noiser stuff on a weekend?) odd enough the banging due to sex wouldn't be as much of a bother - my old neighbours did that and I became immune to it! lol. althou I must admit would be a bit lol.

thinking of asking H to say something/poke his head out if they do it this weekend again when he's down.

can i join in please. ours goes out and leaves their dog in all day and night yapping and howling. nice.
Then they set their alarm at 6 am every morning so loud that we can hear it in our room - their room is the one next to the childrens. I do sympathise with you.
rubbish neighbours should be made to live with oneanother

davidtennantsmistress · 20/02/2008 21:35

ks - yes i'd love that. my telly might be a bit loud at times (during the day) but mostly it's quite - dog might bark - again during the day when he hears my car pulling up but other than that is good as gold.

Theres no need to play music really loud either is there - maybe i'm just turning into an old grump! lol.

they really should - and as I say I know my dog does whine when the car pulls up - but in his defence! (lol) I pulled up yesterday in mums car and he was quite so I know it's only the sound of mine (obv excited to see me!)
