Feeling like a failure

I started a new job over half a year ago and I was initially bullied and moved to another team.

Following this, I was given a huge workload and during a/l was required to complete work.

I have had diarrhoea for months, haven't been able to sleep and was very teary.

I finally spoke up about the workload but I feel like such a pain and a failure. I've been off sick for 2 weeks and feel better but I can't shake the feelings of failure.

You're not a failure. It's just not the job for you.

Go and apply for another job and try to find something you enjoy more.

It sounds awful and not your fault! The culture of the company sounds bullying if you are even expected to work over a/l.
