Need to pick tiles before by tomorrow morning

Builder is ordering tiles tomorrow and I cannot make my mind up. Stomach is in knots. Selling the house and don't want to knock value off.

Don't LOVE the marble effect look anymore but leaning towards it as it means not having to worry about matching walls with floors.

Thoughts?? I'm scared the marble fad is over and is looking dated?

@Mooserp I like those a lot! Bang on what I spend as well. Would you do a feature wall where the bath is?

I'm tempted to go for a nice wood effect tile for floors. Are these considered tacky a la marble effect?

@muncha good point re grouting. PP also mentioned it, I absolutely overlooked it

@Tileda did you come to a decision?

@Tileda but you won't be cleaning these tiles, so why should you care about grouting etc. I doubt someone would be put off buying when they see a freshly tiled bathroom. "Oooh I can't buy that, too much grout to clean!"

Well you've gone and done it now. Every house hunter on the Property/DIY board is going to be excluding perfectly good houses based on too much grout to clean

I did. Thank you so much for your suggestion. I was really stressed out yesterday over having to make a decision.

So we're going with the off-white wall tile you suggested and then a wood effect tile for floors.

@Blingstar you're right but worried the stacked metro tile would be a pain in the arse to keep looking good whilst we find a buyer.
