How can I waterproof my eyebrows?

Navalcaptain · 31/05/2023 21:04

I can’t get my eyebrows wet for two weeks. I’m currently using microporous tape and cotton wool to make little visors when I shower/ wash my hair.

There must be a better way though right?

Baseball cap?

Shower cap over your eyebrows?

I just didn't wash my hair for ten days and wore scarves for the last few, but I realise that wouldn't suit everyone Smile

I use massive swimming goggles

Post micro blading?

I really struggle with this. I had those visors but the best thing I found was to shower as if I couldn’t get my hair wet. So I’d position the shower head low to wash my body.

then to wash ny hair I’d hold a dry flannel over my brows and lean in to wash hair very carefully and slowly. Good luck!

Microblading? (texts colleague who is qualified)

Have baths instead or put the shower head at waist level and wash upwards. She also says that for the cost of it, it's worth going to a hairdresser for a good wash. Two weeks seems quite a long time, though - she says the recommendation is usually a week and then just not deliberately soaking or scrubbing at them.

I was told a week with mine. Had my hair professionally washed and used dry shampoo to long it out.

Had baths that weren't too hot so steam wouldn't distrust them and used a flannel to wash my face. Wore minimum amounts of make up
