Persistent recruiter

Somehow an employee of a recruiting company has got my email/phone number (Not sure how. I guess LinkedIn seems most likely) and in the past 13 days I've missed 8 calls, but due to recent bereavement and a house move (shit combination!) I've had my phone on Do Not Disturb so it's not ringing. He's also left messages each time and emailed 5 times (though those went into my junk/spam folder).

AIBU to think this is a bit much? And yes, I am going to email him to say, now really isnt the time, please stop trying to contact me.

It takes on average 21 interactions for a prospect to engage so I think it's reasonable if you haven't told them you are not job seeking. If it continues after that, then it's too much

Wow do you have a particularly in demand skill set?

Send him my way I'm desperately job hunting and keep getting ghosted by recruiters.
