So sorry posting for traffic DARVO?

I’m so sorry to be posting here I really need advice.

I feel like I’m going mad.

I literally feel like I’m so confused but my DH also is shouting that he’s so confused.

It’s like we are remembering arguments in polar opposites. I swear he’s lying to me.

But then he sounds so convincing I feel I must have been confused, Because he’s saying ‘ maybe I’m the one going mad’

he has a habit of denying things or finally admitting a watered down version or tell me straight away that I do x y and z.

however recently I feel like he blatantly lies then when I say ‘ I must be going mad ‘ he suddenly backs down and says ‘ maybe I’m the mad one’ …… it’s got so bad lately I don’t know what to do

Yes, he is doing DARVO as well.

Thank you for answering after three hours of me explaining he has now apologised. But as I wasn’t happy because I didn’t think he ‘ got it’ he’s now stoned off again

I knew he would I feel I should have just accepted the apology. Would have been easier. Now I don’t know how it’s going to resolve again
