I bought a huge paper cutter from Amazon back in March. Put it together and it was basically tat, didn't cut straight at all. This paper cutter was £120.
I messaged the seller and asked for a refund. They asked me to accept a £30 refund and keep the cutter, I declined.
I went through the Amazon return process, printed the label and took it to the post office.
I recently checked and they still haven't refunded it. 2 months later.
Sent them a message and gave them a copy of my proof of postage.
They're saying that the item is still in transit and they will refund when they receive it.
It's not still in transit for 2 months surely?
How do I get my refund? Any advice please?
