I haven't been there but my sister told me to go so is on the list. She obviously liked it!

I mean its a nice riverside walk but that's it, what were you expecting?

The village on the Thames I grew up in is just as nice in my opinion.

I kayaked there when I was 14 and had a pub lunch. It’s a nice countryside place to be but it sounds like you were expecting Niagra Falls or something.

There are lots of places just as nice or even nicer as is the case with most places.

Views are lovely from Yat Rock...

I can't find the link but I saw somewhere that it said it is one of the UK's most picturesque tourist spots.

Plus on an info board it also said that back in the 1800s Victorians chose to cruise the River Wye over a European Grand Tour. It's no Switzerland.

DP and I ended up discussing how well built the viewing platform was

Its lovely on a sunny day.

We enjoyed the view for about 29 sexonds and left.
