I woke up around 1am to bad cramping In my legs and ever since I've not stopped vomiting, I'm wondering if we've caught something because my partner is also throwing up, I've been so sick I'm just puking stomach acid at this point, when I wee a little wiping it very bright yellow I'm nervous because I'm 36 weeks pregnant, should I just ride it out or call the hospital??

When I had a D&V bug at 35 weeks I called my midwife team who gave me some advice and told me to call back if it got worse. I did have some mild contractions due to dehydration but they calmed down when I got more fluids on board. Sorry you're so poorly. Hopefully you'll be over the worst of it now.

Yes, you have a bug or food poisoning if you both have it.

You should call your midwife for advice and also try to drink small sips of water asoften as you can manage.

Call the midwives, but also sip some water, electrolytes or just dilute squash with a little bit of salt and a bit of sugar in.

or suck ice cubes or lollies.
hope you feel better soon !
