We have a civil engineer booked to come late this afternoon. It was paid in advance and appointment time confirmed in-person yesterday. He came well-recommended from the rental authority.
He didn't turn up. No phone-call, message, nada. Now nearly 2 hours later and he has not contacted us. We have called once and messaged.
All we need is a report and to discuss some things, but it is so unprofessional. If he weren't so highly recommended, we would get someone else. What would you do?
