To ask your rate on £400k?

Can I please ask if you have roughly £400k on a mortgage what rate do you have / what are you paying monthly?

We have had three brokers all with varied advice and figures.

Would be hugely grateful to hear from 'real people' with a similar borrowed amount.

If the percentages are the same, the duation is the same and the amount borrowed is the same (incl fees) then there shouldn't be any difference. Use an online calculator with the rates you've been offered, the duration you want and the amount you want to borrow - other people's varying payments won't be any help to you.

We're about to borrow £356k with a 20% deposit. Rate is 4.11%. It's the deposit % which usually drives the rate, rather than the borrowing amount.
